The Agility & Jump Clinic is a focused, high-intensity clinic for dedicated athletes. Athletes will participate in a variety of basketball agility drills focused on improving court speed, quickness, co-ordination and the ability to change direction quickly with minimal deceleration. In addition, athletes will circuit train to increase their vertical jump power. Weight training, dynamic weight training and plyometric training will be used to increase vertical jump height.
