GTA’s Fitness Boot Camps are designed to provide a challenging workout and increase overall fitness. Boot Camp classes include interval training, circuit training, static training, plyometric training, cardio training and strength conditioning.   GTA Boot Camp are well suited to individual’s who work hard, are persistent and are willing to learn and be challenged outside of their comfort level in a fun and supportive environment.
