Fundamental Clinic - TORONTO (AGES 6+) | march 25th - may 27th
GTA Training fundamental clinic is designed to help athletes develop and improve skills that will make them a better basketball player. The skills that students learn are applicable in any basketball situation no matter what team or coach your athlete plays for. The clinic is 1.5 hours; with the first hour of the clinic for skill development and the last half hour for game play.
We focus on teaching the proper technique and fundamentals for:
- Shooting
- Passing
- Dribbling and Ball Handling
- Lay Ups
- Basic Post Moves
- Jump Stop
- Triple Threat Position and Pivoting
- Basic Screening and Cutting
- Defense
- Free Throw Routine
- Rebounding
Fundamental Clinic - Pickering | March 28th - may 30th
GTA Training fundamental clinic is designed to help athletes develop and improve skills that will make them a better basketball player. Guard Clinic (AGES 10+) | march 24th - may 26th
The GTA Training Guard clinic offers position-specific lessons. Athletes will have the opportunity to train at the guard position, participating in drills and skills taught by our experienced GTA coaches. These sessions will expose the athletes to the intricacies of guard position play and will arm them with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful at the next level. Athletes will learn how to become assertive decision makers and leaders on the basketball court.

High Performance Clinic (AGES 12+) | at capacity
GTA High Performance Training program (“GTA H.P”) involves an individualized weekly training program designed to enhance each athlete’s skills through intense repetition of game time drills and strength and conditioning training. The program runs September to June and athletes participate in 2 hour training sessions each week. We prepare our athletes not only to be competitive on the court, but also inspire them to reach their full potential, so he or she can begin and end off their season with the right mindset. This program is recommended for competitive basketball players looking for rigorous training to improve their skills mentally and physically. Athletes are evaluated regularly and given individualized goals and training programs.

Camps (AGE 6+)
GTA Training Camps are designed for ages 7-15 boys and girls. We focus on developing a complete player and leader on and off the court. You will develop shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, foot work and agility, athleticism, strength and conditioning, attitude, and other essential skill to become great basketball player. You also get chance to take the skills you practiced and apply them in a control game setting. It is both fun and intense.
What You’ll Learn:

- You will learn the essential skills to become a stronger and tougher ball handler.
- You will learn how to make more lay ups.
- You will learn how to become a stronger and smarter defender/ rebounder.

Personal Training (AGE 6+)
GTA Training offers personal skill development training and weight and resistance training for athletes that want to build on their strengths and diminish weaknesses. If you are struggling with any aspect of your game and want to improve and elevate your play to the next level, then personal training is for you.
You can go 1 on 1 with a certified trainer or special group price training for 2- 6 players.
